What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies of any kind — there is nothing to consent to.
- It runs no analytics, no pixels, no fingerprinting, no advertising.
- It has no forms, so it asks you for nothing.
- Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, so your IP address is never disclosed to a font provider.
The only thing stored in your browser is a key your browser uses to remember your scroll position while you navigate. It is strictly technical, holds no personal data and is discarded when you close the tab.
What is processed anyway
Server logs. Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that records technical request data — including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser’s user agent. This is necessary to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept by the provider for a short period and are not used to profile you.
Project logos. Some logos shown on the home page are served from the platform used to build this site, which means your IP address reaches that provider when the images load.
Email. If you write to the address above, your message and email address are processed for the sole purpose of replying. The legal basis is your own initiative in making contact (art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Write to info@giovannifabris.com and you will get an answer within one month.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Changes
If this site ever gains a form, a newsletter signup or analytics, this page will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
