• It sets no cookies of any kind — there is nothing to consent to.
• It runs no analytics, no pixels, no fingerprinting, no advertising.
• It has no forms, so it asks you for nothing.
• Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, so your IP address is never disclosed to a font provider.

Two things are kept in your browser, both strictly technical and neither of them personal data: whether you picked the light or the dark theme, and your scroll position while you navigate. The theme choice stays until you clear your browser data; the scroll key is discarded when you close the tab. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Server logs. Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that records technical request data — including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser’s user agent. This is necessary to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept by the provider for a short period and are not used to profile you.

Project logos. Some logos shown on the home page are served from the platform used to build this site, which means your IP address reaches that provider when the images load.

Hosting and delivery. The site is built and hosted on Lovable, which serves it through a global content delivery network. Acting as a processor on our behalf, that provider handles the technical request data described above under a data processing agreement.

Email. If you write to the address above, your message and email address are processed for the sole purpose of replying. The legal basis is your own initiative in making contact (art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful.

Some of the providers involved in hosting and delivering this site are established outside the European Economic Area, or use infrastructure that is. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision, together with the technical measures applied by the provider.

The home page links out to other websites — among them zero1.media, huuk.app, ultimatetools.eu, bycreators.es, travellairs.it, outlinks.eu, the Ultimate Tools newsletter, and social profiles on LinkedIn, X and Instagram. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s website, governed by their privacy policy and their cookies, not by this page.

Some outbound links to third-party tools are affiliate links, which may earn a commission if you sign up. They cost you nothing extra and they do not change what is recommended.

The newsletter is not run from this site. If you subscribe, you do so on an external platform that becomes responsible for the data you give it there.

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR takes place here, and personal data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes. The site is not directed at children and no data is knowingly collected from them.

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Write to info@giovannifabris.com and you will get an answer within one month. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on it. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

If this site ever gains a form, a newsletter signup or analytics, this page will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
